Home-Theater.com offers a two week in-home trial, during which time we will accept returns on a product for any reason. The customer will receive a refund, credit or a replacement product as requested. The only responsibility to the customer is shipping costs . The 14 day trial period begins the day of delivery to the customer. Home-Theater.com may opt to extend the trial period under special circumstances, but only with approval prior to expiration of the trial period. B-Stock product and used gear is sold as is and does not qualify for home trial period. The above applies only to direct retail sales to the customer, not to dealers, installers, or distributors.
Return Authorizations

Home-Theater.com will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions regarding the method of return. In some cases we may be able to assist you with scheduling pickup. All items must be returned in the original shipping cartons using the factory packing materials to protect from damage. Customers are responsible for all return freight charges, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How to Return an Item:

2. Please repack all items exactly as received. Tape cartons thoroughly.
3. We will e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card or send you another item, at your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept COD packages.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.25% is charged for orders shipped to locations within Illinois.

We do our best to provide the fair prices for our merchandise without unreasonable additions for shipping. Home-Theater.com utilizes different carriers in an effort to transfer the greatest savings possible to our customers. We offer free shipping in the U.S., Canada and portions of Mexico. Call 1-800-283-4644 for all shipments into Mexico. Shipments into Canada may be subject to additional duty or tax.
All orders over $1000.00 ship for Free! This includes oversize items such as Whisper and Helix speakers. Free shipping is dock to door only. Inside delivery is extra and will need to be set up prior to shipment. Please call us at 1-800-283-4644 to set up an inside delivery. Please include accurate contact information (phone # and e-mail address) with all orders to expedite and ensure the order is processed satisfactorily.
